Bryce Harper Leads The Red Hot Phillies

The Philadelphia Phillies crushed the Toronto Blue Jays 10-1 for their seventh straight win and their 11 straight victory at home.

The Phillies are off to the third best start in franchise history after 37 games with a record of 26-11. They have won 18 of their last 21 games and have the best record in baseball.

They are being led by Bryce Harper, who hit a grand slam in the fourth inning of the Phillies destruction of the Blue Jays last night.

Harper hit three-run homers on Sunday and Monday. He’s three home runs and has10 RBIs in three games.

Harper is hitting .344 with six home runs and 21 RBI in his last 18 games. The Phillies are 17-1 in those games.

For the season, Harper has 9 home runs with 28 RBI and has a .263 batting average. He is playing stellar defense at first base.

This Phillies team is deep and talented. They are getting great starting pitching and have one of the best starting lineups in Major League baseball.

They have lost starting shortstop Trea Turner, who will be out for six weeks with a hamstring injury. The Phillies have won four straight in his absence.

This team is focused, battle tested and red-hot. Hopefully, they do not suffer any more serious injuries to a key player.

The Phillies are a talented and entertaining team to watch and they are led by Bryce Harper, who is one the best players in baseball.
