We’re back with another ‘You’re Hypocrisy is Showing’ segment, and it involves a mayor from a city that who’s football team (the Tampa Bay Buccaneers) just won their second Super Bowl in team history.
According to an article by Clay Travis and Outkick.com, Tampa mayor Jane Castor told everyone that those who weren’t wearing masks at Super Bowl events and celebrating their win will be identified and handled by local authorities.
However, it appears that Mayor Castor was enjoying Tampa Bay Lightning games, parties and other championship celebrations—being maskless herself.
Keep in mind, Castor and the city of Tampa put in an executive order requiring masks for people working, living or doing business indoors back last August.
Here is Castor at a party maskless back last October enjoying a good time there.
You’d think for the former Chief of Police for the Tampa Police Department (TPD) she’d have the nerve to tell residents and Buccaneers fans to be called out and investigated, then to turn around and violate her own city mandates so she can go out and have her own fun.
If I was an officer for the TPD, I’d be insulted. Hopefully she will be putting out an apology based on the exposure from certain people very soon.
