As someone who is on a long term weight loss journey, the thought of not having access to a gym during these uncertain times was daunting to me. While many fitness centers are doing their best to keep COVID-19 out of their facilities, recent polls show that most Americans are not comfortable going back into a gym. I’m not the kind of person who has ever been good at working out at home. After a while, things get boring and there are entirely too many distractions around that allow me to procrastinate.

Luckily, I have been able to find the next best thing. Actually, I think this is even better than going to a gym.
