Nevada(-2) @ Kansas State
I am a true believer in this Nevada football team. It’s a sneaky good football team that they have this year. QB Carson Strong has impressed me so far which makes me feel good because this Kansas State defense can really play. Strong should be able to make some plays in the air to get this team moving early and keep the pressure on Kansas State. MY PLAY: Nevada -2
Minnesota @ Colorado(-2.5)
Karl Dorell does not get enough credit for what he has done for this Colorado program. It was an amazing hire last year. They SHOULD have beat #5 Texas A&M last week but did not get the calls at the end of the game. Still played an unbelievable ball game and only lost 10-7 to one of the best programs in college football. Colorado has only allowed a total of 118 rushing yards in their first two games. Minnesota will try and run the ball, I can tell you right now, that’s not going to work. MY PLAY: Colorado -2.5
Wake Forest(-5.5) @ Florida State
It’s hard to bet on someone that JUST lost to Jacksonville State 20-17…. Jacksonville State got blown out by UAB. Just looking at that, how can Wake Forest ONLY be -5.5 favorites? Wake Forest’s offense has looked great so far and should FEAST here. I hope Wake does not take Florida State lightly, that’s the only way that this game could remain close. MY PLAY: Wake Forest -5.5
Alabama @ Florida(+14.5)
Remind you of something??? Oh yes, we got +14.5 last week with Oregon over Ohio State. Can we do that again??? I think, yes. Florida has the athletes to run with Bama and can keep this game somewhat close. It’s a BIG rivalry, Florida has something to play for here, they should be in this game until the end. Last year, Alabama as the #1 seed and Florida as the #13 seed played a similar game and the game was one of the best games of the year between Mac Jones and Kyle Trask. Florida lost that game by only 6 and had a chance to actually win the game at the end. I think we can get something similar here. MY PLAY: Florida +14.5
