What a year it has been for the UFC man, we started with UFC 257 with Connor Vs Porier 2 then followed by 258 with Usman Vs Burns. Both two great main events to start the year, one of my favorite events this year has definitely been UFC 261. The main card was just KO city(Chris Weidmans injury was fucking brutal holy shit) but it was all good fights. The prelims were all right and shit but the main card really held that card up, some people may disagree but it was definitely one of the better ones. It was tough too I had Jorge winning by KO and then Usman just shocked the world and KO’d Jorge. Nobody expected that I was thinking if Usman won it would be on the ground but he shocked the world.
This year has been fire but holy shit the next three events, when I say I can’t put into words how excited I am I mean it. Let’s start with UFC 266, we have Volkanoski Vs Ortega for the featherweight championship at main event. That is followed by Shevchenko vs Lauren Murphy, Curtis Blaydes vs Jairzinho Rozenstruick and then the fight I might most be excited for is Nick Diaz’s return fighting Robbie Lawler. The rematch from 2004, you know I didn’t know I wanted to see this rematch again this late in their careers but now that it’s happening I couldn’t be more excited. Anytime a Diaz brother is fighting I’m all in on it and the hype will be there. 266 is gonna be a good one.

Now looking at UFC 267 it’s looking like it could be the Event Of The Year just based off the look of this card. We have two title fights, for the Light Heavyweight Championship and the Bantamweight Championship. Now Jan vs Glover is almost a certified slugger match, I I’m definitely putting money in it ending in a KO I just don’t know who’s gonna do it. Jan is a beast especially beating Izzy but that man Glover has hands of steel and he can catch you and make you tap quicker than you can think. Don’t sleep on Yan Vs Sterling though, as most remember last time they faced Sterling won by DQ when Yan gave a standing knee when Sterling was down. Yan was dominating that fight though so this is gonna be good. We also have Khamzat Chimaev making his return fight and the shoey god himself Tai Tuivasa fighting on the prelims, I can’t wait.

This PPV though, I’m hard as a UFC fan just looking at the fights announced so far. We have Usman Vs Covington rematch for the welterweight title, which is just a massive main event. A lot of people hate Colby but I personally think he’s hilarious and knows his role and plays it better than most can. I’m rooting for Colby in this main event I wanna see a new exciting champ, and I’m not saying Usman is boring in the octagon because no but Colby as champ is entertainment inside and out of the ring. Below that fight we have Michael Chandler Vs Justin Gaethje, YES YES YES. This fight is what a lot of people have wanted, two fucking tough ass mother fuckers getting in there to fight for a #1 contender spot. No it’s not determined they would have it but I promise you they will fight like they are and Dana is gonna see that whoever wins that fight deserves a shot at that belt. Last fight that is announced so far is Luke Rockhold vs Sean Strickland, just another fucking banger on this card holy shit. Like Dana is spoiling MMA fans at this point, all three of these fights could end in a brutal KO or go all the rounds and be slug fests. Both of those could be great honestly I can’t wait. If you’re an MMA fan make sure you’re keeping up with the upcoming UFC events because this shit is gonna be big.
