It has been an interesting couple days around the MLB realm. Between witnessing a future hall-of-fame player getting his 3,000th career hit to fans throwing trash to opposing players, it has been a crazy month of April.
However today, we found our first player who would vomit on the field this season.
As you can view in the clips below via Twitter, Washington Nationals third baseman Lucius Fox was looking woozy and eventually would vomit in the infield near the pitcher’s mound.
This happened just two pitches into the game against a player from the San Francisco Giants—whom was making his first career at bat in the big leagues.
As a result, Fox would eventually get removed from the game due to ‘illness.’ Hopefully it’s just from dehydration and nerves, otherwise the whole incident would have been much, much worse.
