Well, this got heated earlier.
In the first of the few Big Ten Tournament Quarterfinals games, Michigan Wolverines head coach Juwan Howard got into a heated skirmish with the referees, the Maryland Terrapins and their head coach Mark Turgeon.
It is believed Howard reacted that way after a controversial out-of-bounds in which went in favor of the Terrapins, leading up to the coach receiving a double technical foul and ejection.
We could use great beef/rivalry going between Turgeon and Howard, which is very good based for the sport’s sake.
However, the incident would not affect the game’s outcome entirely as the Wolverines defeated the Terps, 79-66.
