There is no doubt that the Golden State Warriors are capable of winning another championship and right now they’re odds of winning the title are the shortest they’ve been all year.

With the inside track on home-court advantage in the West, the Warriors’ title odds are the shortest they have been all year, ranging from (-200) to (-225) depending on the betting sites reviewed by mytopsportsbooks. The only other team shorter than +1000 is East-leading Milwaukee at +800, while the Raptors (+1200) and Rockets (+1200) round out the top-four. Golden State has lost just one home game in the playoffs over the last two seasons.

The Warriors are playing at about 70 or 80 percent of their capabilities, with their focus on staying healthy for the playoffs. But occasionally, Golden State sends a reminder why the team remains by far the NBA’s best.

On Sunday, the Warriors beat the Charlotte Hornets 137-90. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson combined for 49 points. Kevin Durant was 5-of-5 from the field and added in an 11-point night. Golden State shot 21-of-33 from beyond the arc as a team.

Are you ready for another Golden State championship run? I’m not. But it sure seems like it could be leading that way. What do you think?
