A fan carrying a pink smoke flare ran onto the field late in the first half of Monday night’s showdown between the Rams and 49ers. The fan evaded security as he made his way toward the Rams sideline.
Rams DE Takk McKinley started chasing the fan and nearly got to him, but Rams LB Bobby Wagner delivered a massive hit to the intruder. Security took over from there to neutralize the threat.
