UPDATE: Missing 16-Year-Old U.P. Girl Found

It is confirmed via her mother, April Ogea, her daughter Samantha, the 16-year-old girl from Forsyth Township in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, has been found and is in custody.

The Forsyth Township Police Department and WLUC TV6 are asking viewers for help as they seek the whereabouts of 16-year-old, Samantha Ogea, who’s been missing since June 11.

Her mother, April Burgus Ogea, said in the comment section in the police department’s Facebook post that she is 5’ 4,” has blond/brown hair, and is 150 pounds.

April also said that her daughter took some clothes in a duffle bag and an Army sleeping bag with her. There was no incident between the family prior to Samantha’s disappearance. 

It is also reported that it is the seventh time Samantha has ran away from home since the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic began.

If anyone knows information or the whereabouts on where Samantha could be located, April asks them to dial 911.
