UPDATE: Colts set to acquire Matt Ryan from the Falcons (Video)

It looks like another quarterback is on the move.

The Indianapolis Colts are reportedly set to acquire Matt Ryan from the Atlanta Falcons for a 2022 third round pick.

With Atlanta close to acquiring Deshaun Watson, the Falcons would have needed to trade Matt Ryan somewhere else. Even with Watson not going to Atlanta, the Falcons decided to move on from Ryan anyway.

It’s unclear if Atlanta will look elsewhere for a quarterback or if they will take one in the 2022 NFL Draft.

The Colts were in need of a quarterback after trading Carson Wentz to the Washington Commanders earlier this month.
