After an intense and somewhat controversial finish to the 2023 AFC Championship Game, Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce had a few things to say during the Lamar Hunt trophy presentation towards a certain mayor in Ohio.

Just to set this all up — before the game got going Sunday night, Cincinnati Mayor Afteb Pureval posted a video wishing the Cincinnati Bengals good luck with a ‘proclamation,’ and dropped a few jabs towards the Chiefs and their stadium, Arrowhead Stadium.

Well, it appears that Kelce heard those words from the mayor and dropped a promo/speech that would make Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and the WWE proud.

Hopefully Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas won’t repeat the same mistake Pureval made as the city’s hometown team prepares for their third Super Bowl berth on four seasons. It would be pretty embarrassing.

As for Kelce (former prospect from the University of Cincinnati), he’ll probably have the same energy coming in the big game as his Chiefs take on NFC Champion Philadelphia Eagles, and his older brother, Eagles center Jason Kelce.
