Chelsea are reportedly looking at West Ham midfielder Declan Rice when the transfer window re-opens.
According to the Daily Mirror, the club are considering Rice IF their treasured midfielder N’Golo Kante leaves.
Kante is apparently being looked at by Real Madrid, who have coveted the Premier League winner (at Leicester and Chelsea) for quite some time.
