Tom Brady described his struggles balancing football and his three children amid struggles with wife Gisele Bundchen.

“You can’t stop your life even though sports is happening,” the NFL player, 45, said on Monday’s episode of his “Let’s Go! with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray” podcast of raising Jack, 15, Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9.“Even though I’m playing in my 23rd year, I have a freshman in high school that is playing football, too,” Brady continued. “I have a 12-year-old that is going through his life. I have a 9-year-old that is going through her life. And I have parents.”

Brady said that he is having a hard time juggling family and his career goals. He said that, once football season starts, he locks in on what needs to be done and his focus is on the commitment he makes to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He said that his retirement was short-lived due to the fact that he owed it to his teammates, coaches and the whole organization.

Brady had originally agreed with Bundchen that he would retire and focus on family and then he changed his mind.

The legendary QB’s decision led a to an “epic” fight with Bündchen, which was reported by Page Six last Thursday, with his supermodel wife, leaving their Florida home to fly to Costa Rica solo. When Bündchen returned, she took her and Brady’s two children to a water park.

Brady did not attend the family outing, instead he remained in Tampa. Last month, he took an 11-day absence from training camp, saying that he was dealing with personal (s-t) stuff. He has been married to Gisele since 2009.
