Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen seem to be heading to the end of their marriage. The New York Post is reporting that both have retained divorce lawyers.
The couple has been living separately for the past couple months following their epic fight. The battle reportedly is over Brady’s decision to continue playing football and Gisele’s insistence that he retire to spend more time with the family.
Insiders close to the seven-time Super Bowl champ, 45, and the supermodel, 42, say both are very involved in their children’s lives and would share joint custody in any separation.
They have two children together, son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9. Brady is also the father of son Jack, 15, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
