The #Texans have signed QB Kevin Hogan after he was released from the Tennessee Titans. Hogan, 29, played college footballfor Stanford University and was their starting quarterback from 2012 to 2015. He was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, and has also played for the Cleveland Browns, Washington Commanders, Denver Broncos, Cincinnati Bengals and Tennessee Titans.
This seems like it’s just a move for depth at the position, as QB Davis Mills is set to lead the offense in his second season. After the Titans were eliminated in the Divisional Round of the 2021 playoffs, he signed a reserve/future contract on January 24, 2022.
