The Raiders have signed LB Kenny Young.

Written by Tanner Phifer

Kenny Young, 27, played college football at UCLA, and was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. On October 15, 2019, Young was traded to the Los Angeles Rams, along with an undisclosed draft pick, in exchange for cornerback Marcus Peters.

On October 25, 2021, Young was traded to the Denver Broncos for a 2024 sixth-round pick. He has now signed with the Raiders and is on his fourth team while heading into his fifth professional season.

Young has been solid and this is a reason why he’s been a popular trade target. He has started 25 games out of the 59 he has played in, while accumulating a total of 159 tackles, 68 assists, 16 tackles for loss, 13 QB hits, 5.5 sacks, 3 interceptions, 4 pass deflections, and 4 forced fumbles in his young career.
