The Cincinnati Bengals have made some changes and hired a brand new coach. It was announced earlier this month that Louie Cioffi would be hired for the role of Defensive Quality Control Coach. What does this mean for Head Coach Zac Taylor? He now has a 20-plus person coaching staff that is only getting bigger as he looks to mesh a variety of green coaches coupled with experienced ones to bring new ideas to the table.
Cioffi has more than 20 years of experience coaching in the NFL and was previously an Assistant with the Bengals from 1997 to 2010. He previously coached for the Cleveland Browns, Tennessee Titans, Arizona Cardinals and the New York Jets. His most recent coaching position was with the D.C. Defenders of the XFL in 2020.

Meanwhile, there was another transaction in the AFC North with the Pittsburgh Steelers acquiring a new Quarterback. Will Ben Roethlisberger have competition?
