Daxton Hill was the first round pick by the Cincinnati Bengals in this years draft, and he just signed his four year, $11.6M rookie contract that is fully guaranteed and has a $5.6M signing bonus, according to Aaron Wilson.

Hill, 21, returned to Michigan as a starter in 2021 and received first-team all conference honors and has a 6”0’ and 192 lb. frame. He will play alongside star safety Jessie Bates, who by the way, seems to have no desire to play on the franchise tag, according to reports. At the moment, Bates has not reported for training camp and is unhappy with not being extended up to this point. We will continue to monitor this situation, but in the meantime, the Bengals are moving forward with promising defensive back Daxton Hill.
