The Seattle Dragons are currently 1-4 but technically only one game out of a playoff spot.

That being said, the Dragons perhaps have less positives than any other team in the league. Seattle is dead last in offensive yards gained and has allowed more yards defensively than any other XFL squad halfway for the season; this is not a good way to win football games.

Seattle’s only win came in week two against the lowly Vipers.

The Dragons are coached by former Seahawk quarterback, Jim Zorn. Zorn’s only other head coaching experience was with the Washington Redskins in 2008 and 2009. He led the Redskins to two last place division finishes and it appears that he will once again lead his team to a last place finish.

Seattle has received a bit of an offensive spark since turning to quarterback BJ Daniels midway through week four. In about a game and a half, Daniels has added a new dimension to the Dragon offense with his legs. In two games he has rushed for 94 yards and two touchdowns while completing 58% of his passes.
