Brian Flores has finally gotten another coaching gig in the NFL, although it is not as a head coach. Mike Tomlin and the Pittsburgh Steelers have hired the former head coach as a Senior defensive assistant/Linebackers coach.
Flores obviously wanted a shot at another head coaching job, but is currently suing three NFL teams. Flores filed a class-action lawsuit against the NFL, alleging racial discrimination in the league’s treatment of minority coaches and executives.
Brian Flores was 24-25 as head coach of the Miami Dolphins, and led the fins to two consecutive winning seasons before being fired.
