When Pete Carroll became the head coach of the Seattle Seahawks in 2010, he got off to a hot start and helped turn around an an underperforming franchise. Since his time with Seattle, Carroll had amassed an impressive 119-73-1 record. He even led the Seahawks to two Super Bowl appearances, one of which he was victorious in.
However, in the past few years the Seahawks franchise has been on the decline. Once the major powerhouse in the NFC West, they were the only team in the west who did not make the playoffs this year. There have also been rumors that franchise quarterback Russell Wilson is no longer happy in Seattle and is looking for a trade possibility.
