Russell Wilson said he wanted to stay in Seattle and win multiple championships with the Seattle Seahawks.

it now that the season is over for Seattle, Wilson is potentially thinking about a trade out of town.

Wilson’s departure from the Seahawks has been something we’ve discussed for months. Earlier in the season, Wilson apparently said that the New York Giants, Denver Broncos and New Orleans Saints were the teams he would waive his no-trade clause to go to.

The Broncos and Saints definitely need a quarterback. The Giants have Daniel Jones, but with his neck issues, Russell Wilson is a massive upgrade from him, so in theory, the Giants are in need of a quarterback too.

Now, the important question. What will Seattle demand from teams for Wilson? Some think Seattle will ask from anywhere between two-three first round picks. Seattle’s pick in the 2022 NFL Draft is currently held by the New York Jets from the Jamal Adams trade, so Seattle will want first round picks.

All eyes are now on Seattle.
