For the last few months, we’ve speculated on Russell Wilson possibly getting traded in the off-season and playing elsewhere from the Seattle Seahawks.
Most of it has been trade talks involving the New York Giants with a mix of the New Orleans Saints and Denver Broncos since those were the three teams he’d reportedly waive his no trade clause to go,to.However, Wilson sure doesn’t sound like a quarterback looking to get traded anytime soon, if ever.
If Wilson doesn’t get traded, then he stays, and Seattle figures it out with him, so be it. Meanwhile, the Giants, Saints and Broncos all figure out their quarterback situations for next year.
Of course, a lot can change and Wilson could still get traded, but for now, he sure seems like someone staying put in Seattle.
