The future Hall of Famer tight end Rob Gronkowski, 33, confirms on Instagram that he is retiring from the NFL.

This is not the first time that he has announced his retirement but once quarterback Tom Brady join the Buccaneers, he was able to recruit Gronkowski to come to Tamp Bay. They won the Super Bowl there together.
Drew Rosenhaus texted Adam Schefter to say he wouldn’t be surprised to see Gronk come back again, and un-retire for a second time.
Rob Gronkowski has appeared in 143 games and has 621 catches for 9,286 yards and 92 touchdowns in his career, all at the age of 33. Not to mention he has four Super Bowl rings to go along with that!
