This is a story about Xueden Xiong who was on a walk besides a canal when a group of teen racists started to surround her and call her tons of racist slurs.
From calling her coronavirus to Chinese noodles.
She later went to the police to file a report and the officers told her that the boys would not be caught without witnesses. After the video was posted by one of the teenagers on his social media feed the police were able to start an investigation.
