‘Prime Time’ Deion Sanders, NFL Network Part Ways

It is confirmed that the NFL Network will no longer have their one of their outspoken, popular analysts on TV this season.

MySportsUpdate on Twitter has posted an article that NFL Hall of Famer ‘Prime Time’ Deion Sanders is no longer with the network.

There was no clear reason why Sanders is leaving, but there is speculation that a recent tweet about players opting out from the league due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic may have something to do with it.

Sanders is linked to perhaps to go into coaching as he told Dan Patrick earlier this year, “I’m gonna be a head coach in college football next year.”

The former Super Bowl champion cornerback was part of major coverage for events on the network. Certain events he was involved includes the NFL Combine and Draft.

He also was known for giving out interviews on the network for Gameday Prime every Sunday of the NFL season, going by the popular slogan, ‘If you ball, you get the call!’
