An Upper Peninsula girl has been reported missing since last Thursday in Schoolcraft County.
According to several posts on Facebook, 18-year-old August Wood was last seen at the midnight hours in the Manistique area back on January 14.
August’s mother, Tami Coxton, believes that her daughter went off to meet a person from Snapchat.
August is 18 years old, stands at 5’ 2, has average build, blonde hair and blue-green eyes.
Anyone with information on August’s whereabouts or believes that they may have located her, they are asked to contact the Manistique Police Department at (906) 341-2134.
