Philadelphia Phillies Manager Rob Thomson has posted the starting lineup for today’s game against the Atlanta Braves.

  • 1. Kyle Schwarber, DH
  • 2. Trea Turner, SS
  • 3. Bryce Harper, 1B
  • 4. J.T. Realmuto, C
  • 5. Alec Bohm, 3B
  • 6. Nick Castellanos, RF
  • 7. Bryson Stott, 2B
  • 8. Whit Merrifield, LF
  • 9. Johan Rojas, CF

The Phillies send Aaron Nola to the mound to face Max Fried. The Phillies have made a few changes from yesterday’s lineup.

Merrifield will get the start in LF to face the Braves left-hander and Stott will drop to from 6th to 7th as Castellanos moves up a slot in the order.

Marsh produced for the Phillies with a 2-run homer. Phillies batters need to improve on yesterday’s pathetic offensive performance.

It was a very disappointing performance. To knock out Braves after five innings and not be able to muster more than one run against the Braves bullpen, plus 7 strikeouts is unacceptable.
