Patriots Owner Robert Kraft Visited Meek Mill In Prison and is Pushing For His Release

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft visited a Pennsylvania prison on Tuesday to meet with jailed rapper Meek Mill.

Kraft, was alongside 76ers owner Michael Rubin have taken up the cause in support of the Philadelphia rapper, who’s serving a two to four year sentence for a probation violation.

Kraft met with reporters after his visit:

The case reached the Pennsylvania Supreme Court with Mill’s attorneys calling a judge not granting his release on bail a “vindictive and erroneous decision.”

Meeks real name is, Robert Rihmeek Williams, he was originally arrested in 2007 on drug and weapons charges.

He was granted parole in 2009, but later tested positive for drugs and committed other parole violations.
