Prayers are going out over to Ole Miss University’s football team Monday after one of their players suffered a severe injury during practice.

Ole Miss freshman tight end DaMarcus Thomas was injured during a segment in which it left him motionless.

Thomas also had not feeling of bodily movement while he was on the ground too. However as he was being airlifted, the team had reports that Thomas had regained feelings of extremities on his way to Memphis Regional Health Center.

His family was immediately notified of the incident and injury. There is no specific visual or video on what caused the injury or hit, but we hope to have one up as we can.

But at this points, our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of DaMarcus and hope for a quick recovery.
