Here’s something bizarre that happened in the college football world last night.

In what was an intense SEC match against rival Ole Miss Rebels, Tennessee Volunteers fans were caught throwing bottles, golf balls and trash on to the Neyland Stadium field with less than a minute remaining.

This occurred after a questionable call that went to Ole Miss’s favor.

One of those golf balls appeared to hit Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin on the sidelines too. It gotten so bad that the volunteers’ band and cheerleaders had to be escorted off the field as a result.

At least Kiffin was not outraged by the fans as the Rebels coach gave them something back in return—his visor.

Yeah, this definitely is not a good look for Tennessee fans. It was a disputed call and it needed to be reviewed, but throwing trash and golf balls on to the field? Pretty classless here.
