A man in Ohio is catching attention after stepping up to sing the U.S. national anthem when there was technical difficulties.

In a post via WLUC TV6 of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Trenton Brown, of West Portsmouth (located near the Ohio-Kentucky border), was seen on a video singing the anthem at a high school basketball game in the stands.

Before the outstanding viral performance, the sound system had a failure that was delayed for a couple minutes before Brown stepped in.

WLUC-TV 6 said in their post that one parent stated that Brown’s singing brought almost everyone in the stands to tears.

The original video of the performance reached over 1 million views on Facebook.
