The Notre Dame Fighting Irish football program has agreed to extend their media rights agreement with NBC through the 2029 season.
Notre Dame’s home football games have broadcast on NBC since 1991. Their current deal was due to end after 2024.
Notre Dame athletic director John Swarbrick Jr. said that the football program remaining as Independent was crucial in getting this deal done. Financial terms of the new deal were not disclosed.
Notre Dame is affiliated with the ACC conference with their other sports teams.
