The NFL sent a memo to teams outlining new rules for free agency and off-season activities in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Among restrictions in regards to free agency, team personnel are not allowed to host or meet players at another location. Off-season activities have been indefinitely suspended and players are prohibited from entering any team facility from March 17 through March 31.

This in addition to an earlier announcement canceling all public draft activities in Las Vegas. The selection of players will continue April 23-25 via a televised broadcast.
