The onslaught of Ukrainian military members and civilians by the Russian military is forging in. As of yesterday, the U.N. human rights office said Tthat at least 136 civilians had been killed by Russia’s assault, including 13 children. While this number is likely lower than the actual number, this is the most recent report.
