New Jersey Governor Called a Dick for Disregarding Own COVID Rules

Written by Mike Rickard II

In another classic case of “do as I say, not as I do” New Jersey governor was caught eating with his family despite previously warning Jersey citizens about the dangers of dining during the coronapocalypse. According to Newsweek:

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy showed up in a social media video Sunday night for having dinner with his family. But why the hysteria on Twitter? The Democratic governor and his crew were eating while wearing no protective masks.

Let’s see what happened when a concerned citizen caught the governor dining with his party.

This is the quality entertainment that you can’t get from reality TV (well, maybe 90 Day Fiance). Who can blame people for the double standards of politicians who tell people to wear masks in public yet are caught maskless or in this case, someone who according to Newsweek, told the public:

“We’re urging everybody to keep their Thanksgiving plans as small as possible because we know that indoor gatherings and homes are particularly dangerous places for COVID-19 to spread,” Murphy said during a state coronavirus briefing last Monday. “The smaller the gathering is, the less likely it is that someone is infected and puts their loved ones at risk. It is that simple.”

Governor Murphy is just one of many politicians who can’t understand normal thinking, making the coronapocalypse worse for everyone else.
