Herman is demanding $30million in damages from Woods who she claims locked her out of the house after tricking her to go on a holiday.
Herman started legal proceedings against Woods in October after alleging he used representatives to persuade her to pack for a short vacation, only to find out she’d been duped and locked out of the $48m home when she reached the airport, according to court documents obtained by The Post.
Herman was first romantically linked to Woods when she was pictured alongside him at the Presidents Cup in new Jersey in September 2017.
