Eagles linebacker Nakobe Dean is expected to start for the team in 2023.
Dean spent most of his rookie season on special teams. He had 15 tackles on the season, mostly on punt coverage. Dean did see some action at inside linebacker, registering a couple of run stuffs.
Dean was selected in the 3rd round and pick No. 83 in the 2022 Draft. He had a legendary career at Georgia, making 168 tackles, 13.5 TFLs, and 7.5 sacks. He also intercepted two passes, with one of them being returned back for a touchdown.
2023 could be a breakout season for Nakobe Dean, as he will most likely get a crack at the starting lineup.
