We all know the New York Yankees are likely going to go big for one of the main free agent shortstops. But which one?
Carlos Correa or Corey Seager?
The feeling around baseball, as Mark Feinsand of MLB.com said, is that the Yankees prefer Seager over Correa.
Industry sources believe that the #Yankees prefer SS Corey Seager over Carlos Correa due to his lefty bat, per @Feinsand. Feinsand also believes the #Tigers will be the most aggressive suitor for Correa, but the Yankees will still definitely consider him. https://t.co/8iHOXU7o3n

Sweeny Murti of WFAN made a good point about the Houston Astros cheating scandal and how it could be a factor for players, especially Aaron Judge.
I’d be more worried about Aaron Judge’s reaction to be honest. He’s been quite vocal about the Astros and 2017. https://t.co/5A9kJIEGoL

Given Seager’s track record as a former World Series MVP, it would be a huge win for the Yankees lineup to have his bat and glove in the lineup.
The Detroit Tigers are the team that are expected to sign Correa in free agency.
