Detroit Lions fans are not the only football fans to be protesting officiating as of lately.
While being down 17-0 over Notre Dame University Fighting Irish, fans took it to themselves to throw rally towels on to the field and onto the Notre Dame player who scored a touchdown just seconds prior.
This was in response as a protest to the game’s officiating, regarding a pass interference call that was ticky-tacky to say the least.
