Miami Dolphins Make Major Announcement On Starting QB

Tua Tagovailoa has been ruled out for Sunday’s playoff game between the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills.

Tagovailoa has suffered three concussions this season and remains in the protocol.

Dolphins Head Coach Mike McDaniel said Skylar Thompson is the starting QB. Teddy Bridgewater is still working “to prepare himself to be capable on Sunday” to play but “cannot afford any setbacks.”

Tagovailoa played in 13 games season for the Dolphins and completed 64.8 percent of his passes for 3,548 yards with 25 touchdowns and eight interceptions.
