Matt DiBenedetto to Replace Paul Menard in the #21 Woods Brother Car for 2020

Announced via Woods Brother Racing’s Twitter ya 9:00 AM Central this morning, Paul Menard will be stepping away from the team at the end of the 2019 season to retire from full-time racing and spend more time with his family. Menard will be replaced by the hottest free agent in NASCAR, the Italian Stallion, Matt DiBenedetto.

The #21 car is sponsored by Menard’s, the family business of Paul Menard.

It was announced a few weeks ago that DiBenedetto would lose his ride in the #95 car of Leavine Family Racing.

DiBenedetto’s reaction was extremely grateful, per usual:

I can’t wait to see Matty-D run for the sport’s oldest racing team!!
