Los Angeles Angels sign Mets’ Noah Syndergaard to a one-year, $21 million deal.

Thor has decided to take his talents about 3,000 miles west.

The Los Angeles Angels are signing Noah Syndergaard to a one-year deal worth $21 million.

Syndergaard missed almost the last two seasons after undergoing Tommy John Surgery to repair a torn ligament in his right elbow.

Before the injury, Syndergaard was considered the Mets other ace along with Jacob deGrom, posting a 47-31 record with a 3.32 ERA.

With the Angels in dire need for pitching to go along with Shohei Ohtani, the Angels are taking a chance on Syndergaard being fully healthy and resuming a once promising career.
