It’s no secret that UFC President Dana White and YouTuber turned ‘boxer’ Jake Paul have beef when it comes to discussing fighter pay. For months on end, Jake has been calling out White for not paying his figures decent enough wages in comparison to the UFC’s revenue. Logan Paul, Jake’s brother, has been pulled into the beef, but has always remained neutral. He has openly discussed his admiration for White.
This past weekend, Logan received a shocking phone call from White before UFC 264: McGregor vs Poirier III. Logan discussed the surprising phone call on his podcast Impaulsive, “Guess who cold called me the day of the UFC fight?…Dana White…I answer, and I’m not sure what to expect ’cause Jake’s pissed him off. Him and Jake have an ongoing feud, but I’ve also come out publicly and said I love Dana White. Like I just love Dana White. I always have; I always will. He’s a ruthless business man. He’s the head honcho and I got no beef with him.”
White called Logan to discuss moving his UFC 264 seats to ‘billionaires row’ at the event, which offers a far better experience. ‘Billionaires row’ included the likes of Adriana Lima, Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Fox, Travis Barker, Kourtney Kardashian, Jared Leto, Odell Beckham, etc. Jake may have beef with White, but, for now, Logan is not caught in the crossfire.
Jake Paul will be fighting former UFC champion, Tyron Woodley, in a professional boxing match on August 29th. Dana White commented on the fight and said, “Tyron Woodley is 40 years old, ok? He hasn’t won a fight in three years in something that he’s actually supposed to be good at. Now he’s going to go box. How do you sell that fight?“
There’s definitely no love lost between Jake and White, however, Logan seems to be in White’s good graces.
