The Lions cancelled practice yesterday to peacefully protest the shooting around Jacob Blake.
And of course we had dumbass Lions fans saying “They won’t be a fan anymore.”
So let me get this straight, 50 plus years of losing and incompetence from the top, have one single playoff win since the super bowl started but this is what does it for you? Hell, the team went 0-16 in 2008 but when the team stands up against racism that’s where you draw the line? It isn’t the easiest to be a Lions fan, the team doesn’t always make it easy especially with the play on the field. But yesterday was one of the proudest days I have been a Lions fan and bravo to the organization for taking a stand. I couldn’t be more proud of this team and to all the fans saying they are done with the team, well good riddance.
