LeBron James: Once A Cheater, Always A Cheater; NBA Fan Runs Onto The Court During Game?

Written by Chris Powers

The man has everything. He has been on top of the MBA for nearly 20 years now. He’s won multiple NBA championships. He has had high paid contracts not only with the NBA, but various endorsement deals as well.

But, someone tell me why, this man has to be the cheating type?

Last week, LeBron broke another rule. He violated the NBA’s COVID-19 protocols by attending the brand launch of a meeting tequila line. This was the same week he led the Lakers to a win in the play-in tournament and a spot in the playoffs.

“It’s a violation of the agreed upon protocols,” a league spokesman told ESPN, “and, as we have in other comparable instances around the league, it has been addressed with the team.”

Players who violate league protocols are subject to warnings, fines and suspensions. The severity of the punishments increase for repeat offenders. It is unknown whether the league put him I the COVID protocol which would keep him quarantined for 10-14 days, but considering he is still playing odds are, he didn’t even get a slap on the wrist. James was quoted saying the following:

“Anything I do off the floor is predicated to my family, for the majority — for 99.9 percent of that,” James said Friday. “So it’s about the health and safety of my family, and that’s what it came down to.

“Me being available to my teammates on the floor is me taking care of my body. Me doing everything I can do to make sure I’m available both mentally, physically and spiritually, as well. But anything of that [vaccine] nature, that’s all family talk.”

The bottom line is this. The NBA is LeBron’s b*tch. There is no other way to describe it. The man can cheat in games left and right by traveling whenever he wants. He can violate Covid protocols because he thinks he is above the league. While LeBron may be a great player, I for one cannot wait until he leaves the league for good.

In the most recent episode of unruly sports fans of 2021, a fan was tackled as he tried to get on the court during an NBA playoff game between the Wizards and 76ers tonight.
