Kenny Omega and Bryan Danielson wrestle to time-limit draw classic at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.

The dream match everyone waited for on Wednesday night was an instant classic, and one that will likely see a re-match eventually.

AEW Champion Kenny Omega faced off against Bryan Danielson, making his AEW match in front of a sold out crowd at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York. The match did not disappoint one bit.

Yes, it went to a 30-minute time limit draw. But it wasn’t a title match. With that said, for a match that could highlight any pay per view event, it was as good as advertised.

And what is even better; there will be a re-match, unlike what Omega thinks.

The wrestling community definitely wants a rematch between Omega and Danielson.

CM Punk may have said it best when he said he was glad he didn’t have to follow the match.

Five-star match. Give us more, AEW.
