Kansas City Chiefs WR Won’t Play In Super Bowl; Placed On Injured Reserve!

Imagine having to miss the biggest game of the year? The Super Bowl? That would be a hard pill to swallow.

That’s the case for WR Mecole Hardman who will not be a target for Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes this Sunday.

Hardman has missed everyday of practice this week after suffering a pelvis injury during the AFC Championship win over Cincinnati Bengals. He has been placed on IR now.

Injuries have been a problem all season for him and it’s not shocking to Chiefs fans that once again he won’t be on the field.

In the 2022 season, he recorded 25 catches for 297 yards and four touchdowns. And that’s with missing the Chiefs final nine games of the regular season and the divisional matchup against Jacksonville.
