Kairi Sane was one of the WWEs most popular female acts, but this summer she opted not to re-sign her talent deal after a number of concussions and years of being homesick. Instead, the deal that she signed with WWE was an ambassador deal to help expand the company’s footprint in Japan.

This Sunday’s Hell in a Cell pay per view features three Hell in a Cell matches, highlighted by the match between Bayley and Sasha Banks, of whom took Kairi out in kayfabe to end her WWE career.

It’s now confirmed by J Sports WWE that she will be on commentary for this event on their Japanese commentary team.

It’s not noted if she’ll be in the states for the event or joining remote. So far, there are only four matches announced for the event despite tonight being the go-home show.
